Blacktop Paving is currently hiring individuals to fill the following positions:

• Paver Operator
• Skid Steer Operator
• Roller Operator
• CDL Truck Driver
• Paving Foreman
• Paving Crew Laborers

Employment will require physical involvement in paving and asphalt maintenance. Qualified candidates will have a background in spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of roads, parking lots, and driveways. Candidates must maintain reliable attendance, transportation, company safety, and performance standards.

The duties can change daily depending on the project and weather. Paver Operators must be able to operate a Leeboy Paver. Technical skills in asphalt paving and compaction operations are required. The candidate must have good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work as a team to complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction efficiently. Effective leadership skills are desirable.
